General contracting conditions

• 1 The bus to Parque Warner Madrid can only be purchased online.
• 2 The bus service can be purchased up to 5 minutes before departure.
• 3 Both bus tickets and Parque Warner entry, if purchased as a PACK, will be issued electronically on screen after purchase and via email.
• 4 If a second-day park ticket is purchased, a new bus ticket must be bought selecting "BUS COMPLEMENT TO OTHER PROMOTIONS" and specifying the second day.
• 5 People with a disability >= 33% have a free entry for a companion; in such cases the "BUS COMPLEMENT TO OTHER PROMOTIONS" must be purchased and go to park ticket offices.
• 6 Parque Warner tickets and bus tickets are valid only for the indicated date/time.
• 7 Tickets are personal and non-transferable and must be shown at the park entrance.
• 8 The access document will identify the purchaser.
• 9 Do not cut, tamper or photocopy your ticket. If so, access may be denied.
• 10 Not combinable with other promotions or discounts. Packages do not allow changes or refunds.
• 11 On your visit day no queue is necessary. At Estación Sur or Príncipe Pío go directly to the bus showing your ticket or code. At the park go directly to the turnstiles and show your ticket on your mobile.
• 12 Service price varies depending on the selected date. Season type is determined dynamically during purchase.
