AID GRANTED FOR THE TRANSFORMATION OF FLEETS OF PASSENGER AND FREIGHT TRANSPORT COMPANIES PROVIDING ROAD TRANSPORT SERVICES. Grant to the company AUTOCARES SAMAR, S.A. with CIF A28040418, AUTOCARES SAMAR BUIL, S.A. with CIF A50029693, in accordance with the provisions of Annex I of Royal Decree 983/2021, of November 16, amended by Royal Decree 188/2022, of March 15, and by Order TMA/138/2022, of February 28 for the scrapping activity. This aid is granted under the aid awarded by the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, within the framework of the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism established by Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council of February 12, 2021, through funds from the European Union "Next Generation EU".
