This free service allows you to connect to the internet from compatible devices such as:
Compatible devices

The system uses an onboard router that receives data via 3G and distributes it as Wi‑Fi.
Signal quality
Signal quality may be affected by various factors:
- Vehicle movement causes changes in mobile repeaters.
- Coverage may be poor or nonexistent in unpopulated areas, tunnels and indoor spaces.
- Bandwidth is shared among users, so speed decreases with more connected users.
We use Orange's network for the service. To check coverage, consult their online map: Mobile coverage check
We transport people and do not discriminate based on physical or sensory condition.
We include social efficiency within our service quality criteria.
Accessibility policy
Our Accessibility policy is based on the following principles:

- Train and raise awareness among staff on accessibility and care for people with disabilities.
- Implement a continuous improvement plan including new accessibility technologies.
- Include accessibility in development plans so more services become accessible each year.
Ticket purchase
A passenger with reduced mobility should not see service quality diminished compared to others.
We have protocols for travelers with reduced mobility and request 48 hours' notice to ensure proper assistance.
Our staff are available to resolve doubts directly or connect you with the appropriate services.
It is recommended that the passenger arrives at the vehicle platform about 15 minutes before departure.
